Before the fitting works...

In this Enfield home we laid approx. 5 sqm sqm of oak laminate flooring. During our initial survey, we did detailed inspection of the floors and discussed with the client all possible options.

Our client has decided to go for floor fitting, beading installation, and install QuickStep Classic Peanut Brown Oak Laminate Flooring with matching the floor solid oak scotia beading around perimeter.

How the floor installation was completed...

After our floor installers have checked all service, property & products details on site, including amount of products supply, they started with lifting existing laminate flooring and its preparation for disposal to our waste facility.

in this flooring project we installed 5 sqm of laminate flooring - QuickStep Classic Peanut Brown Oak Laminate Flooring with floating installation over timber subfloor (chipboard) onto Duralay Silentfloor Gold 4.5 mm underlay with DPM barrier .

LVT flooring product is very thin and requires an excellent subfloor level. Our luxury vinyl floor (LVT) fitting service will make sure we comply with appropriate level for this product.

Laminate flooring products are relatively thin and require a good subfloor level. Our laminate floor installation service will consider this from initial survey and during the installation itself.

Due to the change of level, after the new flooring was installed - our experienced, local Enfield floor fitters made sure all affected doors & door frames are trimmed to height and adjusted to new flooring.

Overall the project was completed as planned and to the satisfaction of the client.
