QuickStep Creo Tennessee Oak Grey Laminate Flooring is an versatile laminate flooring from the Quick-Step Creo range available in 190 mm wide and 7 mm thick planks, making it ideal for domestic and commercial use in both traditional and contemporary style.
12 mm Thick Laminate Flooring
Laminate floors in 12 mm thickness offer very good stability and solidness of the floors - close to the one of real wood flooring. This type of laminate flooring can be laid over subfloors of any type (floorboards, concrete, plywood, chipboard) with minor imperfections in the level. They are suitable as well for underlays with thickness up to 7 mm. Thicker underlays and planks will effectively result better soundroofing of the floors.

Laminate Flooring Installation
Laminate flooring is fairly easy to install, however as a product with an average thickness of only 8 mm and click system on the plank, this type of flooring can be sensitive to the level of the subfloor. The subfloor preparation work plays important part to the installation of the floors & their guarantee.
Concrete subfloors may need to be levelled with smoothing compound and any timber base, such as floorboards, may need to be prepared with 9 mm or 12 mm plywood prior to installation.

Deliveries
Most of our flooring product are usually available within 2 to 5 days, subject to current stock levels and offered FREE of charge, when delivered at the time or close to the booking date of our flooring services.
Delivery of flooring inside property to residential blocks or where access to the dwelling or work space is limited, will usually have "Heavy Goods" surcharge. Copy of our full Deliveries Terms is available here.
Any unopened flooring packs can be returned within 14 days of delivery with 15% restocking charge. Cost of delivery back to base is paid by the customer.
